Address University Language Center 1313 5th Street SE, Suite 201 Minneapolis, Minnesota 55414 Location Our classrooms are located in the University Technology Center (UTEC building) in the Dinkytown neighborhood near the University of Minnesota East Bank campus. Enter the UTEC parking lot on 5th Street SE at 13th Avenue SE. From Minneapolis Take 35W north past downtown to the University Avenue exit. Turn right onto University Avenue (which is a one-way) and proceed 5 blocks to 14th Avenue. Turn left onto 14th Avenue and continue 2 blocks to 5th Street. Turn left onto 5th Street and continue one-half block to the entrance of our parking lot. From St. Paul Take I-94 west to the Huron Boulevard exit. Proceed straight through the intersection (on Huron) and continue approximately four blocks to University Avenue. Proceed through the intersection (Huron will curve into 4th Street) and another four blocks to 14th Avenue. Turn right onto 14th Avenue and proceed one block to 5th Street. Turn left onto 5th Street and continue one-half block to the entrance of our parking lot.
